1. No Returns or Exchanges

Since fragrance decants are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. Please choose your fragrances carefully before making a purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right. Please follow these steps:

 Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
