Are your perfumes authentic?
Absolutely. We only decant from 100% authentic, original full-sized bottles. Every fragrance you receive is directly poured by hand in our controlled environment, ensuring purity and quality.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We’re working on international shipping—stay tuned.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and fragrance volatility, we do not accept returns. However, if your order was incorrect or damaged, we’ll make it right.
What if I receive a damaged vial?
If your order arrives broken or leaked, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll issue a replacement or credit— But you need to send pics as prove. We want your Amoraire experience to feel perfect.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment options via Razorpay, including:
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
Your payments are 100% secure and encrypted. Amoraire does not store any payment information.
